Group Rides

Group road rides leave from the shop at 7am

Wednesday Friday and Saturday for 2 hours. We normally ride toward Lahaina then up towards Wailuku on the upper highway.

Pace is from 15-25 mph. There are several marked areas for sprint work-outs. Many of Maui's stronger cyclists come on Saturday for a spirited workout. Anyone is welcome, please wear a helmet and have your own spares.
